Dr. Seon Kim
Dr. Kim is an Assistant Professor at Southern Connecticut State University. He earned his PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University and brings extensive experience across diverse clinical settings, including in-home services, outpatient programs, residential treatment, and detox services. Specializing in Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and ADHD, Dr. Kim’s expertise lies in addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals and families navigating complex mental health and behavioral issues.
Currently, Dr. Kim serves as a part-time affiliate professor at Capella University and maintains a private practice. In academia, Dr. Kim has taught courses on addiction, psychopathology, diversity in clinical practice, individual and family life cycles, and research and measurements at institutions such as Southern Connecticut State University, Antioch University, and Capella University. Additionally, Dr. Kim has supervised graduate students and clinical teams, equipping them with the tools to provide effective, evidence-based care and to critically evaluate therapeutic approaches through robust research methods.
Fluent in both Korean and English, Dr. Kim is committed to creating inclusive and supportive environments that respect the diverse backgrounds and experiences of individuals and families, including older adults. As an advisory board member for elderlycare.com, Dr. Kim leverages extensive clinical and academic expertise to develop innovative strategies that enhance the well-being and quality of life for older adults.
Dr. Anna Katharina Schaffner
Anna Katharina Schaffner, PhD, is a burnout and executive coach and a bestselling writer. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds a Diploma in Integrative Evidence-Based Clinical Hypnotherapy & Mind Body Health Practice (PDHyp/MBH), as well as qualifications in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and mBIT coaching. She is an Insights Discovery Profile practitioner, and part of the Performance Catalyst core team of coaches and facilitators.
In her previous life, Dr. Schaffner was a Professor of Cultural History at the University of Kent. She is the author of Exhausted: An A-Z for the Weary (Profile, 2024), Exhaustion: A History (Columbia University Press, 2016) and The Art of Self-Improvement: Ten Timeless Truths (Yale University Press, 2021).
Dr. Schaffner’s writing has appeared in the Times Literary Supplement, the Guardian, the LA Review of Books, Psychology Today, Positive Psychology, AEON and PSYCHE. Dr. Nicole Celestine
Dr. Nicole Celestine is a psycho-spiritual writer, facilitator, and systems strategist shaping the future of wellbeing products and services. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Western Australia in 2021, specializing in wellbeing, energy, and attention. Her research has been published in several top business journals, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Business Ethics, and she authored a seven-session coaching manual for the world’s leading positive psychology resource provider, PositivePsychology.com. Across her various roles, Nicole sits at the intersection of science, spirituality, and a life well-lived—offering research-driven, conscious solutions that uplift individuals and organizations.
Dr. Michael Eisen
Dr. Eisen is a Clinical Psychologist, based in London, UK. He received his first degree from the University of Cambridge, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London.
Since then, he has worked extensively in both the UK National Health Service and privately, often with high-performing clients in finance and tech.
Apart from his clinical work, Michael has been an advisor to digital mental health startups, is an Associate Clinical Tutor on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London, and has written two self-help books, applying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to depression and anxiety.
Michael is passionate about integrating mindfulness and meditation into therapy. He has done specialist training in teaching mindfulness and has offered mindfulness courses, classes, and presentations in both corporate settings and the National Health Service.

Dr. Rachel Rubin Frank
Dr. Rubin Frank is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a virtual practice focusing on high achieving adults experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD and binge eating problems. She has spent her career using evidence- based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to work with. She also has expertise in providing therapy and parent coaching for parents of neurodivergent or special needs kids. Dr. Frank offers neurodivergent affirming assessments for adults Autism and ADHD as well. Dr. Frank has a B.A. from Stanford University, a Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She trained at the Bronx VA for her Internship, and completed a post doc at the Center for CBT in Manhattan where she received highly specialized training for OCD. Dr. Frank was a recipient of an NIH training grant in 2010 and conducted research on weight loss, dieting and Binge Eating Disorder at the St. Luke's- Roosevelt Hospital Obesity Research Center in NYC. She is licensed in NY and CT and can also provide parent coaching worldwide.
